How quickly will I be matched?

Within 24 hours of posting your request. Our matching engine scores caregivers on availability, distance, skills, and budget compatibility. You'll see your top 5 matches as soon as they're ready.

How is payment handled?

Clients pay upfront through Stripe when confirming a booking. Funds are held securely until the service is completed, then released to the caregiver (80%) and platform (20%).

What if I need to cancel?

Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the start. 50% refund between 24–48 hours. No refund within 24 hours. Full policy shown at booking confirmation.

Are caregivers background checked?

Every caregiver submits a government-issued ID for manual admin review before their profile goes live. No caregiver appears to clients without human sign-off.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Vernon, Coldstream, and Armstrong (15km radius). We're expanding to Kelowna in 2026.

What does the 20% platform fee cover?

Secure payment processing, ID verification, dispute resolution, 24/7 admin support, and platform maintenance. Caregivers keep 80% of every booking.
