3. Services & Payments
Talented Hands facilitates connections between clients and independent caregivers. All payments must be processed through our platform via Stripe. Circumventing our payment system is a violation and will result in permanent account suspension.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally. Caregivers must provide services safely and diligently. Clients must maintain a safe environment for caregivers entering their homes.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Talented Hands is a marketplace and introduces independent caregivers to clients. We do not employ the caregivers directly.
While we conduct rigorous background checks, we disclaim any liability for the actions or omissions of users on the platform to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
